5. Payment Terms

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

6. Prohibited Activities

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the People's Republic of China. Yongji Youfa Technology Co., Ltd. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Shanxi Province shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court in Shanxi Province, China for resolution.

11. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.

12. Corrections

There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
